Default anyone with a greddy kit on a crx or 88-91 hatch.

i have the turbo clocked down and its on the pass side of the mani.. im just wondering if any of u tried to clock the greddy 15g turbo to point upward? it does not look like the wastegate wil bolt back on right if i do that but it would make for much better intercooler pipe routing instead of havin to run it underneath the car.. i would like pics of anyones "hot" side piping with a greddy kit on a crx or hatch of the same style.

You can not clock it. What you need to do to avoid running it low under the crossmember is to either...
A. Cut a 2.5"-3" hole in the drivers side frame rail and run the piping straight thru and around to the FMIC
B. run a 90 degree out to a 180 pointing the charge piping straight up then 90 it to the drivers side and run it down thru the reservoir hole and to the FMIC
C. if the FMIC is shorter than 27" length you can trim out the metal beneath the headlight and run a 90 coupler off the FMIC facing straight into the bay and 90 off the turbo and connect the 2 (only if you are using a half radiator)

Other than that, run the piping under the cross member and secure it to the car...and hope it doesn't scrape

ya i didnt think so . for greddy making it its kinda a gay setup how it has to be.. i have a pipe bender at my job so i used 1 7/8 inch pipe from the turbo to the FMIC and then i used 2.5" from TB to intercooler.. do u think the 1 7/8" will hurt performance cause i can make it bigger but its already kinda low to ground so i didnt wanna sacrifice more room.
