they answer the phone when i call but the last few times i have either called or sent a PM they say they are waiting for the chargepiping which should be back in a couple days to get powdercoated and it will be shipped after that. said the rest of the kit is ready to go. this is what i was told on Feb 11, Feb 19 and sent another PM yesterday and waiting to hear back. it would just be nice to be updated is my only complaint.
