Default Problem with ANplumbing.com

I ordered a couple stuff from them for the oil return kit, but I never got it. I tried to call them but the phone always turn into fax tone. Emailed them, too, no luck. Any tips?
-I ordered it last year!!(12/24/01)

Yeah, I've had the same problems with that place. It pissed me off so much to keep calling and getting 2 rings, then the fax tone.

If you are persistent with emails, they will get back to you. I have ordered several things from them and always got what I wanted and had it within at least 2 weeks. They just seem to lag a little. If they are out of a part you order, instead of notifying you, they will just let it sit until you take the initiative to get in touch with them.
My first order, I basically told them I needed it the next day after waiting a week already, and they overnighted my order to me that same day without any cost.

Hmm, when I ordered stuff from them, it came within a couple of days. I might've paid for faster shipping though.
