Anyone ever notice a gain with an MSD?

I threw an MSD in my GSR on 12psi just to make sure I keep the missfires down. Anyone know if there are any horsepower gains with an MSD or is it just in peoples heads?

From what I've read on other posts before it doesn't make any difference... but I'm not sure

I'm pretty sure that an MSD ignition isn't gonna make a lot of different at reasonable power levels, like stock block levels. Its just gonna allow you to make more power. The stock system is good up to a pretty decent level from what I've heard.
