Anyone ever get really loud belt screeching on their Jackson Racing Supercharger??

Anyone ever get really loud belt screeching on their Jackson Racing Supercharger??
The belt on my supercharger (as well as all the other belts) seems to be tight enough. So i bought some belt dressing to quiet the squeaking. It still does it. Has anyone ever had this problem with their JRSC?? Or is it just me. It is on my dx hatchback, but just for reference.....i need to know from all owners........thanks.....and PLEASE HELP!!!

The only time I ever had the belt screech was when it was first installed - new belt, needed time to adjust.. After a few days, the belt adjusted, it was tightened, then no more screech.

The only time my belt screeched was when it was twisted from not being on tight enough.

We had a miata with the JRSC kit and on the new install the belts were a bit loose which resulted in the high pitched screech. Could be the pulley itself that's squeeking?

I've heard the sound a few times after I replace the belts..... It's kinda embarrassing....

Are you sure it's the SC belt? My power steering belt was a little loose after the install.

Are you sure it's the SC belt? My power steering belt was a little loose after the install.

that happened to me whenever my car went into vtec, but it was just because it was too loose. After I tightened it, it went away.

Check the bearings in the idler pulleys. They have been known to go bad and screech.
