I ordered a GE blockguard for my Y8, and I got a B-series blockguard. Now they haven't responded to my emails, phone message, or answered their phone. I need to get my engine back together, and this is holding me back. I've been waiting more than a week for a response, and just tried again today.

I'm hoping this will spur some motivation for them to contact me.

They shipped it out really fast, but now this has me questioning their customer service.

I called them last week and checked stock on a ACL bearing kit... they checked... had it and I recieved it beginning of this week.

No complaints... but its my only experience.

Don't forget to take into account the time difference with them on the west coast.

i always call around noon-1pm in the midwest.

The time difference is definatly less than a week though.

Heh, very true. I called at like 5-6pm and they picked right up. A women took care of checking the inventory and shipping it out for me.

Tom is a good guy they have been short manned as of late not sure if they have gotten anyone to help out but he will do anything he can to right a bad situation you havent got anything to worry about..Just keep on trying..

Most of the west coast guys don't open up until noon or so...call later in the day
