using a LS final drive in a gsr tranny... I'm currently running a gsr tranny and planning to change the final drive to an LS, is this possible? What exactly do I need from the ls tranny for my GSR?

 

Haven't done that exact swap, but I put a GSR final drive and diff into a 91 LS tranny once. I had to open up the case for the bigger GSR diff(so you shouldn't have to mod the case) And I had to pull off the old bearings and press on the ones from the LS diff.

 

Im right there with you. I would like to get some more info on this too!!
