anybody turbo h22a with type s cams? need help in side
well I was getting my car tuned at a local shop, they were tuning from scratch so they got everything nciely tuned under vtec and when they were tuning after vtec the power will just drop it wont make any power my tuner tried everything that he know to fixs the problem and will still get the same results... he thinks it's my type s cams that are messing up my boosted passed 5300rpm, so he said that to put on my stock cams and bring it back to tuned again..... so my question to you guys do you think it's my type s cams are the problem? do you guy think I should put my stock cams back in?
here's my setup,
ported and polish head
spring and reatiners
.5 oversized valves
ported intake manifold
74mm throttle body
t3/4 turbonetcis
880 injectors
5psi/ going to put a 8psi spring insted
255 fuel pump
2.5 downpipe with 2.5 catback
intercooled
with hondata s200.
update I'm still having the same results with the vtec issues no power!!!!!! we tried a new vtec silanord check the oil to see if the vtec is get enough oil, **** we even ran a oil line to the side of the head for the vtec and still the same results... here are 2 dyno's 1 of them the vtec is at 5200 and the other one is at 5800 ....CAN YOU GUYS HELP ME!!!

not to be a ******, but have you double checked your cam timing?
unless the overlap on the type s cams is so horrific when in vtec, you're just losing pressure.. or.. the map is just way too rich on crossover..
it just seems like it might be off enough to run on the low cam, but once you hit the high cam, it's just more noticeable.
