Water in the oil. Possible culprits:

1) Leak between water jacket on HG.
2) Cracked sleeve.
3) Cracked block.
4) Warped deck.
5) Lifted head.
6) Possibly cracked intake manifold?

The only times I have seen this much coolant in the oil has been head gasket related.

Could a sunk sleeve cause something like that as well?

Jordo, I would have your mechanic check to see if your sleeves dropped. I know it's far fetched but I have seen two motors similar to your's and that's what was wrong with both of them

Yikes, def. looks like coolant + oil. I would imagine when you add coolant into the oil you lose a lot of lube, and knowing your situation I probably wouldnt drive that sucked until you figure it out
