Default Another turbo selection thread

First I HATE having to post this up, but I guess I need to.

The basics of my build consists of an 84x89mm c1 block (compression ratio will be determined shortly)/pnp b16 head/sheetmetal intake manifold/76mm t body/top mount t3 mani/4''dp/competition stage 5 clutch with upgraded pressure plate
For the basis of this thread that should be all the matters.

Anyways, i'm shooting for 550wp this season, reason being is not enough $ for twin disc clutch or a large enough turbo to flow that much.

I have about $800 to spend on a turbo and I have a few choices but I want to be sure before I drop the cash.

First off, recommended by my tuner is a Holset HX35 with the 12cm housing. I can't find ANYWHERE that sells these new! I skimmed the holset thread but it's like 80 pages long and I don't have the time to read thru all that. I've also read that the HX35 12cm exhaust housing with 3'' v band with the HX40 compressor housing is a beastly combo, but once again the issue of finding one.
I don't prefer not to buy a used turbo that I need to rebuild and have to weld the internal wg flapper shut, but at this point whatever I find I will work with.

Next is the kinetic t3/gt40, new the go for a little less than 800 and have a year warranty. it's basically a non-ballbearing gt35r, here's the options they have for that...
T3/GT40 - T3/T61
Compressor Wheel: 56 Trim GT40 (Inducer 61mm/Exducer 82mm)
Compressor Flow: 65lbs/min
Compressor housing: 60A/R or 70A/R
Turbine Housing: (48ar, 63ar, 82ar)
Turbine Flange Configuration: (4bolt, 5bolt)
Turbine Wheel: (Stage 3 or P trim)
Center Section: Oil Cooled Journal Bearing with 360 degree thrust bearing

Which do you think would be best?
Any good spots to find new Holset turbo's or rebuild parts (wheels/housings)?
I'm open to any options and thanks in advance for any help

If you get the above listed turbo. Get the P-trim wheel... That may add to your cost, though, but much more efficient for that power range.
