Default I want to spool my turbo by 70,000 RPMs

This is part of an PM to a HT member whom I respect especially in the thermodynamic aspect as well as the mechanics of turbo charging.
I own a Precision T70 with an .82AR GTQ T4 turbine
and a .82AR T3/60-1
I wanted to see my options for using either on a stock block SR20DET with a full-race mani.
I don't want a ultra-high hp monster. just a well rounded Machine.

<<<PM>>>
No one talks about spool time in terms of bost and TURBO rpms. Like saying "It spools to .65 bar at around 75,000 RPM. This is of course because not many people will clock how fast the shaft is spinning.
But,
Say I have a T70GTQ from Precision with a T4-.82 exhaust. Fine for 700-800hp through 30psi at 5500-9000 Rpms.
But, I don't want to build that car anymore, and have an s14 sr20det like Javier was posting about a while back. I thought about switching out a .63 housing and getting a Full-Race manifold and putting it on.
My thinking was....as far as TURBO RPMs go, with such a big compressor wheel, it doesn't need to spin half as fast a T3T4 or something like that. I looked at and compared several compressor maps (RPM to boost pressure) and a certain trim t3t4 can flow 40cfm at like 120,000 RPM but a T70 can flow it at like 60,000.
I didn't know it was so drastic.
So, after the longest PM ever.........what do you think about a .63AR T4 with their GTQ turbine running around 14 psi or more on a 2L stock block sr20det?
It doesn't HAVE to spool well. The Compressor wheel is Massive.

Come Back,
Michael
<<<end PM>>>

Any other thoughts. My mind is now pretty set, but I'll say which one later

what the..
this basically goes inline with how much each comp flows per /lb of boost.
obvioulsy the bigger one will flow more..
