Earl, I have asked you in the past to delete threads of mine that have had items for sale and you said that you do not delete threads, but will lock them. Now you delete this thread.
The issue with Matt is something that needs to be left out there so when people search they can know all the facts before they throw down $1000 for a manifold not knowing that it will take months past the due date to recieve them. What good would it do to delete the thread? Lock it if you must but all the hassle and wait time many people went through with Matt and the bad customer service they recieved should be left for people to see not covered up.

I did not delete the thread but moved it to another forum for reference, if necessary. I made a promise to the thread originator and thread subject that I would do this once the original problem was corrected to my satisfaction. That has happened.

I understand it's not fully deleted but it's in a area only moderators can view. My point is, if I was someone doing a search for one-fab I would not be able to look at the thread and situation that followed. Only after I paid my $1000 and waited and started my own post would I find out from other people the way Matt conducts business.

Thanks for all the support guys. I'm not trying to start a hell storm here, just trying to get a definate answer on the status of my parts. I also find it funny that certain threads get "moved" or "deleted" from the everyday members' view. If I had known this BS in advance, there would be NO way I would have ordered thorugh this company. I agree with most when I say that the threads need to stay searchable and readable by everyone so that they can be better informed about this company and their complete lack of customer service.

regardless of whether you and the starter of the thread came to an agreement, this is becoming common place for matt and people need to know this....Im not blaming anyone here except matt for his problems but, you dont see all the "ssautochrome sucks" threads dissappear...because its information that needs to be known...alll im saying is that this information needs to be known.
P.S. I NEVER made an agreement to have my thread locked or moved...so That situation has nothing to do with me.

Hey Earl what do you think we should do about Matt?. You seen the trouble alot of us are having just to get our parts, not to mention the service. What is your opinion on the subject.

He replied to my PM and to the fact that I posted a new thread. Seems to be the only way to get the point across. I still haven't gotten an update.

redskittle, you ought to post up your contract for these guys to read. He (redskittle) had a great idea when dealing with undercapitalized businesses. He is a wise man worth listening to... plus you have a 50% chance of getting your parts 1/2 off!
Proper business ethics is to take the order, but not charge the credit card until it ships. These guys are not keeping your money for interest, they are keeping it for the capital. Talk about that shop that went under a year or so ago, the owner stated "how rich" he felt as the order money piled up in the account. He went and lived large believing he was loaded. Then he felt "put out" having to spend "his" money to buy and ship your parts... Bad, neive and unethecial businessmen pure and simple. Don't do ANY business with these guys...

He sent me a PM on Thursday and said he would "try to call me right back." It's now Saturday and still no word. I told him to reach me on Monday because I'm out of town.
