another obd question
i've searched and searched but couldn't find a definte answer..... so keep the bashing to a minimum please. onto the question. i have a 01 gsr and plan on boosting it. can anyone tell me exactly what i need to do/get electrically for the obd2b to obd1 swap i have the conversion harness the info i need is as follows
dizzy? (i'm pretty sure mine will work)
injectors? high imp. or low?
p28 ecu?
any other correct info would be great!

there is a ton of info if you had spent some time searching. the only things you need are: p28 or p06 converted and a jumper harness from odb2b to obd1.

^, yup, what he said. OBD2B -> OBD1 conversion harness, and also get a chipped/socketed ECU
You can get a P06, which is originally from a non-vtec car, but make sure that you get it converted to VTEC.
You can get a p28, which already has the hardware for vtec.
Both perform the same (once converted/chipped)
You will not need a new dizzy.
Your stock injectors are high impedance (saturated). Depending on the injectors you get, you may need to get a resistor box, or wire up some inline resistors if you buy low impedance (peak and hold). You may also need to change your injector clips as well, which is relatively easy.
