Another JRSC Question (Bypass Valve)

Hello Yallz

I have the Sohc JRSC on my D16y8.

When I first put the JRSC swap in the blower would make a small whistling sound when accerating slowly. Now it does not whistle anymore. Is my bypass valve messed up or something. I'd really like to know how to test it. The car still runs the same though.

the whistle is normal. if its still runs the same I would not be worried, if it wast working you would either not make boost or be boosting constantly depending on whether it got stuck open or closed

Cool. Thats What I thought!! I do make boost and am not boosting at idle.
Funny though I kinda miss the little whistle. lol
