88 CRX HF(1800 lbs)
91 B18A w/ 95 B18B cams
JDM S1 tranny
I/H/E
MSD ignition, wires, etc.....

In a month or so:

T3/T04b 60-1 turbo
starion I/C
HKS SS BOV
Deltagate wastegate
Portmatched Revhard manifold
450cc GST injectors
ZDYNE ECU
running 8~10 lbs of boost

Now after all the "stuff" being put on. How quick do you think my little sleeper will be? Seeing as how i'll be running a ZDYEN, I shouldn't have any problem running 10 PSI should I? Anyways lemme know what you guys think.....

actually, there's a guy in town that running a fully built b16 turbocharged with a zdyne gold and he said it sucks. I think it's the ttuning, but he swears that it sucks. Get this, his best time was a 14.3, other than that, he was running high14's and low15's all day long with trap speeds under 100mph mark.

ditch the JDM S1 trans, the gears are way too short. Get yourself a LS trans if you can.

Why such a large turbo? What are your hp goals? The turbo you're referring to is much larger than the turbos DRAG uses.. or even F-MAX. Also, what size exhaust housing and turbine stage will you be using? If you're going to be using that large of a turbo AND a big exhaust housing (.63 or higher), you should increase your rpms up to 8k atleast.

I would ditch the S1, but It's in there now and I like it. Its not a long distnace car, it's toy ya know? Yeah I had a LS tranny, so what...........I don't feel like pulling the motor out, ugh.......ya know what i'm saying?

I didn't know that it was that large. My HP goals are only around 225 to 250 for now. I was wanting to go with a staight T3, I've got this guy willing to sell his custom kit off a car almost exactly like mine. I know this is nieve but will that t3/t04b 60-1 suck? I'm mean i'm not looking to run over, 10lbs of boost.........HELP?

It's not a matter of distance driving, but especially with that big turbo on there, you'll have problems spooling it with the ultra short gears of the S1.

Hey.. I know i'm not Honda, but here's what I'm doing:

I'll be using a T04b Super S-3 with T3 .48 exhaust. This will produce roughly 250+whp at under 10psi. Plus it will spool much faster than that 60-1.

**notice** I have a much shorter redline (6.5k) so you might want a larger exhaust housing like a .63 to match your higher redline.

either ur a big bssing poser or ur just plain stupid in getting that size a turbo for ur Si engine...if ur goals were so low and boosting so low and ur low hp goals u woulda been more than happy with the greddy 18G turbo kit.....fast spool ups and max boost levels of 15psi....max output at around 300hp mark

lol! As far the zdyne sucking, I think not! What do you think Hondata tunes with? Fuel Pulse width same thing as a zdyne. I would think the tuning would be the best part since he doesn't have to have an emulator to change a setting! That guy probably doesn't know how to tune it or drive.

What will be the characteristics of a t3/t04b 60-1 turbo? On a LS motor where will it start putting out boost? Should I find another turbo if i'm only looking to run 10 PSI? Will lag be a prob?
