a 200whp n/a 1.8 litre engine is not that reliable than a boosted B18C5 is with 5lbs boost.

this is quite true, because when you have high compression to reach 200whp, your motor will have more load and strain as for a turbo setup you have turbo making the power not the motor.

Are any of you that have R's and are running boost change to obd1 and chip a p28 or are all of you running stock ecu's. How are you hondata's configured, such as vtec, rev limit etc etc.

I am running Zdyne, so I changed from OBD2 to OBD0. I think I am the only one doing this so I am probly not the best example.
My vtec is at 5500 and rev limit is at 8800.

thats deff a diff set up , whatever works though
i went obd1 and hondata with chipped p28, rev limit ? ughhh if i have it set its at the lwoest 9k, and vtec was at 4800 when tuned , but i got sick of it and set it back to stock .

iveseen full head work with a lightly milled head on a type r make 190wwhp...still the CR is under 12:1 which is decent on the streets....
