Almost done

Anybody who's been following my long build up, here's the latest. Shortblock is completely assembled. More pics are at http://www.vapor-trail.net/Pictures/civpics/
I expect to have the entire long block assembled sometime around Christmas. I've been busy, sick like a dog, and sick again
otherwise it would be done already. Let me know what you guys think

Looks good, I was starting to wonder where you had ran off too.
Are you still selling the GT turbos? I should hopefully be ready to buy one in about a month or so. But this thread here kind of has me worried https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=267605
any thoughts? Also what oil pan is that a moroso?

that is a moroso oil pan.
while I do not know for sure if the information on that thread is accurate, I do know this much: we have used this exact turbo on a SR20DET for a long time, pushing 23psi out of it daily (409whp on pump). We're currently changing some things on that setup (ditching log mani for equal length, cams, etc), the turbo has been inspected thoroughly - it's like new still. No shaft play what so ever.

actually yes, it was bead blasted about 3.5 years ago for a previous setup. After it failed due to faulty crower cams, it was a mess again, but Aluminum Aircraft Remover/Stripper cleaned it right up.
Looks good John
This $hit takes for EVER from the ground up... have you ever wished that the car would be done so money can be spent on normal things like food, clothes, furniture...?

I can't tell you how badly I'm tired of spending money on the car. I came very close several times to tapping out. But I have too much pride to tap out, so I soldier on and on and on and on... but it IS almost done, and the end result I think will be worth it.
nice, you should polish your block. It took me about 2 hrs and everything look good. What bore are you running? Oh god, you pretty much have everything that i have lol. What did you use to polish the intake manifold?
