Default Are all 02 Sensors the same?? I really need help!

I recently fugded up an o2 sensor and had to borrow one from a friends 95 Del Sol-- now my car is running HELLA lean. Is this from the o2 Sensor, because my car is a 98?? I also didnt reset the ecu, would this help?? I just need to find out why i'm running hella lean-- because last week before I changed sensors, I was running great, A little rich, but great! Now I check my plugs and they are SUPER white.

The sensor is quite possibly the same between the teg and the sol, but on a whole, there are dozens if not hundreds of varieties of o2 sensors and most cannot be interchanged. The biggest problem is that the heater circuits have different impedances, which will cause your car to throw a code, or possible ruin the sensor or heater circuit in the ecu (hypothesizing).
