air intake temps....unclear.

Default air intake temps....unclear.

playing with hondata a little bit today , noticed my iat's were at like 100 degrees , maybe a little more . is this a normal temp? ive got a nice sized intercooler on there . is this a high or low temp for crusing , and i did notice it didnt go down when i did some wot runs.

I try to tune for 100-105. This is normal.

By the way, I have a picture of mine from the dyno (Screen shot of Hondalogger) so I will try and find it.

On a side note, in October of 03' when my car was boosted, there was a very cold and rainy day I drove it. Temps were in the low 60's to upper 50's. I will see if I can get you screen shots of that too.

Where does everyone have their sensors? I have mine in the intercooler piping before the throttle body and see only about 10-15 degrees above the outside air temp unless im sitting idling for a while.

mine is just hanging above the tranny lol.......but i wasnt sure if that was high for having a nice size intercooler on there.

I thought most (if not all) the OBD1's were in the IM. Mine is.

they are , im obd2b

mine was in the pre turbo intake pipe on my greddy kit , now that i dont have a pre turbo intake pipe on my new setup its dangling....would this cause a bad idle , similar to a vac leak kind of idle?

The air around my trizannie runs around 59 when cold 113when hot.... LOL
