Default air fuel is this rite?

i think this was posted a few days ago but i just hooked up my air/fuel gauge and at idle it goes back and forth between lean and rich (normal from what i understand on how the o2 and gauge work)but when accelerating it is almost to the last line in the rich area (is that to rich?) and when i take my foot off of the gas it bounces back and forth then goes out until i step on the gas.is this normal?how do i know where my air/fuel is 12:1 or 15.3:1 other them knowing if i'm rich or lean?

its normal. The only way to know for absolute is to visit a dyno with a wideband O2 sensor.
