AHHH! what is going on with my engine!
good point on the fouled 02....i have been running 12:1 FMU disc with 310 injectors so im super rich, so i verywel could have fouled it, ive been backfiring and even the occasional flame from time to time.....will this **** me up royally?
ECU wise it wont know what to do

Tim...
Buy new plugs, regap them and adjust the FPR as low as you can get it...
it doesnt matter that you replaced the plucgs 3000 miles ago... with your motor running as rich as you are, you killed the plugs...
worse comes to worse, till you get a new disk, you can run your original injectors.. remember, you have a 12:1 disk, with a inline pump and factory pump and that all equallys lots of gas
as far as a fouled O2, you have to pull it out and just clean it... i am sure it is full or carbon since you are running soooo rich
if you need help, give a shout...

Ok guys, doing compression check now.....i assume my numbers should be in the 180-210 range for a internally stock b16?
also i did a code check, im throwing code 45 (fuel system to rick or to lean) what could this mean....is this back to square one....FMU? k, ill get back to you guys in a bit, with compresison results, i really appreciate all you guys helping out a fellow turbo honda

UPDATE: 6:22pm
Took out plugs.....PITCH black, and i just cleaned them yesterday, so im super super SUPER rich, reset the ECU, not throwing any code, idles better i guess. Next step, install my Fuel Pressure guage AFTER my inline to get good fuel pressure reading, i estimate i should have about 43psi? also since my plugs are full of **** that means my o2 sensor is too, so im gonna take alook at that, and hell my exhaust tip is black as night, so its gotta be something about being a bit to rich...........but WHY would my AF still read lean? is this going back to the issue that my ECU is confused since the o2 sensor is full of ****?

update 6:31pm
Tom asked me to check my coolant color.....its bright green....i assume anything frothy or something would be blowby? i dont know why you asked but im dong anything and everything you guys are asking.
Note: Im dating all my updates with times, so you can reply back to certain updates by just talking about the time of the post!

Well, you said you were getting white smoke. I'm just helping to cover all of the bases for ya.
Comp test just for re-assurance that everything is ok, and you are just running rich.
Check coolant to see if that white smoke really was a problem other than fuel related.
But since both checked out fine (im assuming)...then we're that much closer to getting your car running good. Also, it gives peace of mind to run a comp test every once in awhile.

Ok, compression test will be done late tonight, early tommrow.....
How can i lower fuel pressure? i have a VAFC AND the FMU Recalibration kit sitting under my xmas tree right now, im REAL tempted to open up that FMU kit.....other then that how can i turn it down?

i'm going throuhg the same problem right now.. so knoiwing someone else is having same problem.. leads me to belive that it's fuel related.. i'm turning my fuel pressure down this week after i get the fuel rail installed with the gauge.. and go from there.. other than that..

Well boys and girls update time! 10:23pm
did compression check:
Driver side: 220 220 210 210
assanger side
i think these #s are safe, let me know?
Tommrows Plan, take out primary 02 sensor and clean it off, see if that doesnt help
any suggestions, how do my #s look?

I willing to bet if you put your stock injectors back in you'll be fine, at least as a quick fix...but the real problem is obviously something else since it was running good before
The 45 is the 02 sensor choking because its too rich...sounds like your FMU might be stuck open (as suggested earlier) cause your plugs are already fouled again and you haven't even been boosting....sounds like its just getting flooded with gas...
the AF coauld be reading lean because its taking its reading off the 02 sensor and if its fouled it can't give an accurate reading (because its covered in **** it thinks its lean even though its really choking in gas).

todays plan of action:
take out my primary 02 sensor (my secondary is wrapped in alluminum foil) check it out, clean it, replace it. replace plugs and see what happens? if this isnt it? then im clueless. Art thinks its a fuel problem, but it WAS working fine? so how would this change?

Update 6:44pm (Day 2)
took out o2 sensor and just as expected it was pretty filthy, so i cleaned it up and attempted to put it in, but the threads are stripped to hell on the Drag DP? and now it wont go back in and i am NOT taking of my downpipe for this ******* thing......any suggestions, what can a lose 02 sensor do? (Besides exhaust leak)

another plan of action: rip open that present with the AFC and FMU and throw them in. YOu would rather make whoever dissappointed than to have a blown motor for a christmas present...bah humbug
