If it's a thin film you are ok. If it is dripping oil then most likely your oil seal on the turbo is fubar.

Also depends on how the system is set up. On my DSM, after about 10 thousand miles there was oil in the pipes and intercooler. It was kinda expected and easily cleaned. But like he said, if its dripping, there is an issue with the seals.
