Default after full boost, high idle, bogging and backfiring

i have a 95 del sol with a jdm b16 and t3/t4 turbo. boost is set at 8 psi, after i hit 8 psi then come to a stop and try to go my car will bog down for a second then go, when i shift it will back fire, it also will idle at 1500 rpm, if i turn the car off then turn it right back on it will run fine again.if i stay at 5 psi or less then it will run find the whole time. any ideas what this could be or know of a place where i could find out. thanks.

right now i just have an fmu i have dsm 450 and a friend of a friend can turn it just havnt had time to see him yet. i was thinking that i might be the map sensor. i have a missing link to but the only problem it the my map sensor is on the fire wall and vacume line is hooked up to it. its not bolted on the t/b. i am looking for a t/b that has the map sensor bolted to it so i can hook it up. do you think that could be part of the problem.

yes, you shouldnt run 8 psi with an FMU, your fuel pressure is probably stupid high at that boost level. You're just asking for trouble IMO.
