Im about to brake in my motor by using stock ecu and injectors.
im removing the wastegate spring so i dont get any load.

and now im thinking.. wouldnt that affect the afr readings on my wideband?
since the wastegate is open all the time.

what afr is normal for a b16a2 with stock ecu at idle?

yup as long as your o2 sensor is hooked up closed loop should get you around a 14.7:1 ratio at idle.

 

ok as i thought between 14.5 and 15

what about wastegate without spring, will it affect my afr.
