Default afc hack-----greddy blue box

i have been reading alot into turbo setups and im still slow on ther fuel setup parts, my kit is almost pieced together and i just need some management now, i was planning afc hack, but i was wondering what is the cheapest you can do for stock dsm turbo on dohc zc motor, is it possible to just hook up a greddy blue box?

yeah, you can use just the GReddy blue box, but i don't know how you would wire it to the ZC's computer. i only have diagrams for 92-00 D16z6, d16y8, and b16. if you want to try, though, i'll be selling my blue box in about a month. let me know if you want it. It's good from 5 psi - 7 psi. some say 8, but that might be pushing it a little. Also intended for use on stock injectors (mine was flashed for SOHC Civics).

EDITED for grammar/spelling.

well, you can probably just put 2 and 2 together ... read what wire is what on the blue box and hook that up to the appropriate wire on the ZC computer. Go to http://www.turbocivic.net for FCU wiring pictures.

from my reading the greddy bluebox is only good for about 7psi while the afc hack is more around 10-12psi depending on your afc settings.

The afc hack also gives you move control over the fuel as it is a fuel controller after all.

But if your goal is 5-6psi of boost...and dont want to goto the trouble of getting DSM injectors and buying an afc..greddy blue box might be for you.

The internal wastegate on the t25 from the 2g eclipse is ~10psi. You would need to modify the internal wastegate on the t25 to lower the boost.

TEC (Turbocharger engineering corp) in golden colorado will sell you a kit to do just this (lows the boost to 6psi) and sells for about $75.
