I tried numerous times to order through a few companies last week. well i asked for price quotes and such, and very few places were willing to help me. Importparts.com was the only place really willing to answer my questions, and process my order right away. I ordered stuff on monday afternoon, and it was here (in NY) on wednesday afternoon. Thats the kind of service I expect and appreciate. Any time I need parts now, I will be ordering through them, even if they do cost a tiny bit more.

You haven't read a damn thing. He keeps adding things to his order every week - thats what is delaying his product. If the ****** wants to add **** - he's going to have to wait. It'll be cheaper on him if everything is shipped at once. I'm sure they have more than one warehouse or clearing house they have to go through.
Everytime his order is ready to be shipped - he adds something else to it. Which delays it even more.

You haven't read a damn thing. He keeps adding things to his order every week - thats what is delaying his product. If the ****** wants to add **** - he's going to have to wait. We are 24/7...
There is some backgound on that though. Live support is left on overnight, it has this really loud bell. We wont hear the phone ring, but on live support you can actually hear it so we are available in that sense.
Basically, somebody can answer either on livesupport, yahoo, or phone. If we miss anything, we try our best to get back to the customer immediatly. I believe Kevin took a order from evom last night with Rick around 1230am as they were working on some stuff for the site.

There is some backgound on that though. Live support is left on overnight, it has this really loud bell. We wont hear the phone ring, but on live support you can actually hear it so we are available in that sense.
Basically, somebody can answer either on livesupport, yahoo, or phone. If we miss anything, we try our best to get back to the customer immediatly. I believe Kevin took a order from evom last night with Rick around 1230am as they were working on some stuff for the site.

The kit was probably on the shelf. His had to be fabricated. Thats a very good turnaround on any turbo kit.
When we have them in stock, people are recieving them in 3-5 days. When I first opened up shop, I actually called peak and ordered about roughly 10 kits. We were letting money clear and shipping them right out.

i guess i need to make a longer post, i waited 1 month for the kit to be made, im just stating it took 5 days to ship to europe once EVERYTHING was ready to be shipped. Just trying to explain ppl that shipping to europe doesnt take that long, not that he should have got his parts considering he keeps adding stuff thus changing shipping costs and w8ing time.
