have enny one orderd form there and got parts from them ???
I have order from for about 3400dollars but it is always next week and next week , taken over 4 weeks now ! I dont know enny thing about this firm , but is it safe to shop here '???

Listen man. Don't down them because of this. They're good people.

You have $3,400 worth of parts for Christ sake. Have patience. 3 weeks will be well worth it - or they can rush, get orders messed up, or switched with someone else.....and then you'll be pissed.

Realize that you're NOT the only person in the world with orders. There are 6,000,000,000 that could be wanting something from them..........realize that.

I vouch for them.

Obviously you have no experience in big corporations. No one is going to reply to the mail. And if someone does, its going to be some representative. Just send him PMs on here - thats your best bet.

Once again - you're not the only person with a phone.

Well if you talk on the phone the way you type chances are they have no clue what you need.

I ordered from them overnight and recieved my parts on time, hopefully you won't have any problems.

what kinda parts did you order btw?

 

I ordered a dual gauge bezel and it shipped to my door in like 8 hours or something stupid. Free shipping. AF-Rep that I spoke with was very nice and very helpful.

 

I orderd my hondata s200b and they sent it over night and gave me a free basemap great company always nice on the phone and very helpful grow some patients man

 

also by your profile

your in norway, which can take 3-4 weeks depending on how they ship. as well as depending on how you paid they might also want to wait and check to see if it clears and your not scamming them..

be patient with them~

 

Maybe they DO have caller ID - and they don't want to accept ANY phone calls from Norway........damn phone bills.

Realize that your time isn't our time........big time difference.

Jon, your order has changed 3 times. You add stuff weekly, every time were ready to send it, you go and add something to it. Last time we had it ready to go, you added a intercooler, s200B. Now we shipped that to phoenixturbo so they can send it with your kit.

I even made a low invoice for your customs.

Kevin has spoke to you at least 10 times. Ricky has personally spoke to you at least 5 times today. He told you the kit was ready to ship and you would have it in 5-6 days to norway, ups customs does take time here and there.

and you are right, we do have caller id, however if you call us at 4AM our time, chances are we aren't going to pick up. I check all the guys cell phone reports There is a big time delay in our time and yours.

We dont duck customers, I really dont appreciate a thread like this, especially when we take care of you REPEATEDLY...

Peakboost had a delayed shipment in there matierials. Shawn, Matt, shoot, the list can go on with people who would have normally waited 2 weeks for there items getting them a tad delayed. Yours was actually ready a week ago, but then you added parts remember, at 2am on livesupport. For a company who also doesn't "answer there phones" I think I have the transcript of you telling me to go to sleep because I am always online.

Were not going to screw you of $3400, just not how we work. That would be a waste of time to scam anyone, I and the company will make more money doing stuff the right way.

Actually I think that threads like this should be kept and archived, just so that other buyers can see the other side of what the vendors have to go through.

 

ive personally never ordered from af performance (yet).
but the ammount of recognition that ive seen on hondatech convinces me
to give af perfomance a

 

i understand your concern considering u r also overseas like i am and that it was a lot of money, but u should have also checked posts talking about their shop, they have great reputation, next time do some research before jumping into conclusions like that.

AF performance def. rocks. ricky helped me out got me a good deal on a koyo rad. and got it to me the next day at the last min. so i wasn't out of a car another day. i didn't even have to call him back he called me.

They do have caller ID! They called me back, when I forgot to leave my home phone number.

I know I have PMed them every couple days about the ETA my kit. But that's because it is my daily driver. They never once got chippy with me or not replied.
