Hmmm...

1. Is the stock ecu or aem ecu getting power?
2. Does the starter turn?
3. I would re connect the stock ecu and get the car running with that first.
4 Triple check your wiring for your DSM 450's
5. Do you have spark?

what does it do exactly when you crank it with the EMS in it?

One thing to definitely do AFTER you load the calibration files is to turn the car fully
OFF, and then crank it. I've had problems with the upload calibration not taking effect until I do a "cold boot"

7. Does the Fuel pump cycle on/off when Key On/ Engine Off?

hope this helps

I dont think you are going to be able to start the car w/ those big injectors w/ the stock ECU

get your multimeter out and start checking the wiring of the injectors.....start there....

i don't know if you know or not, but did you load your cars base map onto the EMS??
if you did, just disregard, also, try cranking the car with the EMS and try to hear the injectors working before checking the wiring, that way you will know for sure if is the injectors

EDIT: about the spark plug, just take the spark plug out, connect it to the spark plug cable and try to touch ground and tell someone to crank the car, you should see sparks from the spark plug (DUH! )
check each one

stock ecu WILL start them up just not idle right, run right or do anythign else right .... sounds like either no fuel or no spark.

Did you follow AEM's instructions and upload the v0.94 firmware before you uploaded the calibration map? Are you getting spark? Try pulling one spark plug wire off and stick a spark plug on there and ground it to see if you get a spark. If you have spark, then it sounds like a fuel problem. Double check your wiring of the resistor box and injector clips. What is your email address? I'll send you my latest map with some options changed since I'm using different features.

Is too dark out side... so I have to wait until tomorrow to continue to check for prob.. i did load the new firmware before i load your map... so I doubt that's the prob... I will re-do the wiring tomorrow just to double check since my brother did that part....

When I tried to start my sol w/ the aem ems, it wouldnt turn over. I then later found out that on the 30-1000 system if there was a wire in pin A25, no spark would occur w/ the aem ems. I then removed that pin altogether, and she started right up.

Go to http://www.aempower.com and PM JP in the ems forum. He has helped me numerous times, and is also an engineer for the ems. I'd check and see what he has to say about it.

My car started up just fine with 450cc DSM injectors and a stock ECU.

I think the wiring is the problem.

You probably had an safc/vafc or some type of fuel control. 450s will not idle on a stock ecu

lol... for my car... my wallet is no prob.... but I will re-check and re-do my wiring tomorrow befoer i get new injectors.... hopefully that's the prob...

this is how I install one of the injector clip and the resistor box.... the other three injectors my brother did...

my stock injectors clips had two wire coming out....

Blue/yellow with black stripe
Red/yelow with black stripe
Brown/yellow with black stripe
Yellow/yellow with black stripe

I cut all the yellow with black stripe wiresand connected them to the resistor box than I ran one wire out of the resistor box to the the four yellow with black stripe
wires. the solid color wires I didn't touch.
