AEM Base Maps
yes i did check there, but as most people that use the forum know, it's extremely slow and most people don't get answers unless it's a software or hardware question. Unless you're part of the supra group the shares good info
Is it boosted or not.. If so then use the 440-boost map.. If not then use the na map.. Either way your going to have to tune the map for your car.. Thats why they are called "Startup Calibrations" and not "Base maps"..

right now it's not boosted, i understand that the calibration maps need to be tuned, that's why i'm asking for a map. I don't really want to spend money getting it tuned and running it for another 200 miles, but i don't have enough miles on it yet to boost it. basically i'm trying to get out of tuning it twice.......And like i said, AEM forum won't get me much info that I need right now.
Well just the NA map will work for you now.. Its included with the software.. Of if you enter your ems serial number you can get access to the calibration library on aem's site..

I dont understand how come everyone has issues w/ a startup calibration.
use their junkass calibration to get the car running.
once u get it idling good, try taking out a little bit of fuel, when it starts breaking up yuou know its a little lean, so add a little back in to get it smooth again. take those values, and progress it over the rpm band and vacuum. go drive the car and get in a nice afr (14.5-15.0). if you dont own a wideband, no biggie, just dont boost.....lean out partial throttle until it starts to break up, then add just a hair back in so it drives smooth.
