AEBS sleeves
I'm trying to research on AEBS sleeves. I wanted to get an idea about how much people paid for them and what kind of work is included with the price. I also wanted to see what kind of setups people have and what kind of power it puts out.
I've already done a search and I know I could call them directly but I wanted to get a feel for how much people are paying for them and how much people like them...

When I was looking to build my block. They were a little more expensive when compared to GE & RS Machines. The guy I spoke to at AEBS was very nice... They were just a little out of my price range. They know there more expensive then others, but that's what they charge...
contact mike at northeast auto machine in Hartford CT 1-860-296-9399 tell him you spoke to Ryan in Northern Virginia. he built my GSR block using AEBS tsleeves i was very happy w/ the work and price.. aebs has some very nice sleeves and perform very well... i paid about $2300 for the sleeves, bore, hone, brand new CP 9:1 pistons, new honda bearings and the price of spare block he had layin around cause mine could not be sleeved for some reason.. mike is very honest and great to talk to knows his stuff and i was very impressed.
that **** looks hot .

sleeves , notching , hot tanking , final boring ,and o-ringing, throwing my pauter rods and cp pistons in , and building the block and including a full balance and blueprint . as well as all the bearings i need.

I just saw these sleves down at Englishtown last weekend. Z10 had a booth with a sleveed block for display. $1050 i think was the price. seemed like good guys to me.

Yeah, and I guess AEBS has a multi-million dollar foundry in their back yard
I guess I can comment further on saying that the AEBS sleeves are OLD technology. Too bad they fucked themselves and had the copyright issue with Darton cause now they will never be able to produce anything better than what they offer now. Besides its not like many people even use their sleeves---which are still purchased from Darton Im pretty sure.
Much, much better stuff out there now. Not even being biased, but I would rather buy GE sleeves than those........and you will never see anything GE under my hood or recommended to my customers, ever! (except maybe their scatter shield, lol)

i would never rock GE sleeves . i like dartons , im just saying , all and all the sleeves are the same . its the installation that seperates companies . GE sleeves drop it like its hot .
A lot of people run Aebs sleeves around my area and they never had any problems. reason its popular here cause the local machine shop does them. I got them in my block and love them.
