advice plz ?
alight umm i was thinking of buying a turbo from ebay the Turbonetics
one but i have a b16a3 basicly stock except for headers exhaust and intake / wat would i have to do to the motor to boost it like 8lb im a noob so dont get mad thanks

Research! Your gonna need a LOT more than a turbo to get the car boosted.
What are you power goal? Daily driven or track car? Budget build?
Short list(kinda lazy now)
1. Turbo (no smaller than T3 .48)
2. Intercooler and all piping
3. Bigger Injectors (say 450-1000cc)
4. ECU or some type of engine management.
5. Oil feed Lines/Return Lines and all fittings.
6. BOV(any kinda will do the job)
7. Turbo exhaust manifold
8. Wastegate (if turbo does not include internal gate)
9. LOTS OF SPARE TIME!
10. PLENTY OF RED BULL!
Just do some research and you will find all your lookin for cause i know my list is missing lots of stuff.

i got a evo 2 exhaust from headers back / i heard that i can just buy a turbo kit and just put it on and buy injectours and an emagnment and thats it from wat ppl and told me is this ture ? thanks

Ummm huh?
If you have a catback or whatever that will do. the turbo replaces the conventional header and gets replaced by the turbo manifold and turbo, then you will need a new downpipe to connect it all to you existing exhaust. Your gonna need all the intercooler piping to replace you intake. You should at very least get some 450cc fuel injectors and get setup for Chrome to make your own fuel/timing maps.
I give up cause i'm too lazy to finish this thought.
