Adjusting Vortech BOV

I have vortech blow off valve, anybody know how to adjust it make it louder?

Contrary to popular belief, the purpose of the blowoff valve is not to make cool noises. Why do I never read anyone saying, "how do I adjust it to minimize compressor surge"?
