the ghetto way is to put tiny pinholes in your vacuum lines which i don't suggest.

only way to raise it otherwise is to screw the allen bolt on top of it in,you might get 7psi or so out of it.

Be very careful when adjusting the screw in... If you adjust it too much, it will keep the wastegate from opening and BOOM!

Trial and error. tighten half a turn. then go for a drive. see where that put you to, and adjust from there

Is that all you need to increase boost beyond 4psi? I'm currently using a T3/T4 Garrett Hybrid setup with a Deltagate that seems to limit me to 4psi.. I can't seem to boost above that even having adjusted my Pop-Off Valve and having screwed in the Deltagate in a bit.. Someone has recommended a manual boost controller, but I wasn't quite sure if that would fix the problem.. my goal is 6psi.. any suggestions?

ok seriously, you made the decision to Turbo your car. At least do it the right way. Ghetto turbos always end bad, spend a couple bucks, get a boost controller. odds are there are a couple for sale in classifieds.
