Adding PCV to your b20/vtec turbo car?

HAs anyone had troubles with there rear main blowing out? It didnt even dawn on me that i needed a PCV system. SO i added it and my rear main still leaks going to replace it this week and see if it quits leaking.
Has anyone else run into this problem.?
