Default ACT HDOO suitable for my app?

OK so Ive done alot of searching but Im finding info mostly on the XTSS. Im more interested in the HD00.
I know it is rated to 223ft/lbs torque but Im not too trusting of ratings.

My setup is d16z6 @ 10-12psi. I take it to the strip once in a while (street tires) and regular street abuse/ daily driving.

I figure Ill be lucky if I break 210 whp (t3 .42/.48)

What is everyones experience with tis clutch? Will it hold well?

Get the ACT xtss. I have been running one for a year and it's holding up great. I rape my car pretty hard too.

Overkill.

I'm running the ACT HDSS at ~ 190whp, and it holds just fine.

Overkill? You have to think about upgradabilty also, that's why I suggested the stronger pressure plate. The xtss isn't that much more, so you might as well just get that. ACT clutches are pretty spendy though, so you might want to look into another brand.

Im looking into the clutchmasters stage 3 as an option. It seems a little pricey though.
Im waiting to hear back from someone on pricing...

I was trying to find a stage 2 exedy but it seems to be avail only for B series. Ive heard of the organic stage 1 roasting themselves quite easily on anything other than a basically stock engine.

Why dont you recommend clutchmasters? or is it just a preference thing?
