The only reason I'm posting the link is because I'm boosted and I'm not sure if what happened is boost related. Check it out and let me know what you think...

well i had that happen to i figure i over torqued the bolt and even though it didnt snap while i tightend it the heat somehow weakened it and broke it...anyhow i drove with it like that for a long time it sprayed a little oil residue on my hood but i never noticed smoking and im sayin it barely let any oil out...i just let the broke bolt set there in the hole.....are you running a f or h series...i have a D so my valve cover bolts look like the f22 if i remember my accord engine correctly...
anyways what i did...since it wasnt leaking out under the valve cover i simply tapped the valve cover bolt hole and threaded a bolt in there to plug it...pretty ghetto but much easier and safer than extracting the broken part of the bolt..heaven forbid you get some metal shavings in the oil. im sure i could have done it right but my way works great...and i could always go back and do it that way..
on a side note...dont double post.

Well see, the thing is, that bolt is on the side of the plug that has the oil in it. I figure that bolt not being there is what is alowing the oil into the tub so I have it plugged temporarily but it won't be driven till I can compression test and some other ****.
But it's looking like I'm just going to have to take a plastic bag and tape off the head and extract the screw

at the very least you blew your piston rings... guarenteed. valve seals will probably need to be replaced too.
wanna see something cool... take out your spark plugs, and blow air into one of the cylinders, that'll show u u did.

well did u do it?
as soon as u blow any sort of air down the spark plug hole... it'll come out of another spark plug hole.
by the way, did u take anything apart yet?

Basically, but we used compressed air (160 psi)
Doesn't matter though.... head's warped
Ditching it for an H
