Default accord running lean

Hi, im running and FMU 12:1, missing link and aem fuel pressure regulatorand aem rail. I have the wastegate at 7psi, and no matter what the car runs really lean.i get on the car and the A/F gauges goes lean right away and doesnt come ack up. Is there any way the missing link is upside down or something. no matter how high i put the fuel pressure regulator the car runs lean. but at idle with the fuel pressure regulator turned high the exhaust smokes bad. i dunno what to do? please help. thanks

are you using a wideband with a digital read out...because that is the only true way of knowing if you are really leaning out?

your problem does not lie within the missing link. that is only so your map sensor doesnt see boost, unless you hitting limp mode that is not your issue.
do you have a fuel pressure gauge? if so what readings are you getting? i take it you are running stock injectors and the fmu? id almost say that the injectors might be maxed out with the high pressure and the rising rate on the fmu.....invest in some bigger injectors and more solid management, thats my two cents.

im using the autometer A/F gauge. yes i am using the stock accord injectors. but i have the old fmax kit with the 2 extra injectors. i figured that would be enough with all the other stuff i have. i have adjusted the fuel pressure regulator a lot. i had the little gauge on my rail between 40 and 47. hope that helps

The autometer gauge is just a light show...it is very useless. The lights are based off exactly 3 inputs...lean/rich/and stoich. That is why a wideband o2 sensor along with a digital read out is needed. Please read more before you boost any..i feel that you may not know enough and you may blow your engine if you arn't carefull. Please please read more and don't be one who blows there motor using this type of fuel managment

have you checked your fuel pump. Check and see if it is making a loud whining sound. if not just swap it out with another one. or the diaphram in your fmu might have went bad. I have a vortech 12:1 and it's gone bad twice already.

try adding an inline fuel pump, that might cure the problem
