95 civic turbo??
It all depends on driveability isssues (ie daily driven, autox, strip car) you want. I have heard from many people that the DRAG turbo kits work out really well and that they deliver good power.
For the money you could custom a kit--but the reliabilty can then be a issue in some cases, but u cold do a mitsu turbo that would get u by pretty cheap

You can't really go wrong with greddy (for a first kit), it's pretty reliable, good managment (for the recomended PSI), and it can probably be installed by you. I say you sound like you are new at this so go the safe route so you won't blow up your engine later.
i recommect a greddy kit for all 1st time turboers. thats what i did. Greddy kit is easy to install. makes your car sooo much more fun to drive. Although you will want my power after a few months. i know i do, but ill have to wait till spring.

alot of people dont have the knowledge to build their own kit. i know i didnt... i got a greddy kit, now i may sell it and go custom but the knowledge i gained was worth it. its hard to get to know turbos without working on your car and what not. HT is a great source of info but sometimes and for me person experience is best.
i still vote greddy, unless you have friends that can help you.
