84mm sleeved b16?
is it safe to get the 84mm darton sleeves for my b16? would this create any problems? im fearing that it wil leave me with too thin of walls....i could be way off.
also, would i just use B20 Pistons? will they fit on a b16 rod, crank etc. will they have proper head clearances?
what do you guys think?

You can do 84mm however it just leaves you less room to play with in the near future.
I mean just let's say you scare up the walls pretty bad and you decide to go 84.5mm and then you damage it again, what now? 85 is too thin In My Opinion, you would have to get new sleeves again.
You know what I'm saying? If it was a race car and you don't really car about what happens to the motor, yeah sure go 84mm.
If you want more displacement and a little bit more torque then go 83mm.
When ordering pistons just say you want 83mm honda pistons
I'm not saying 84mm is bad, but for me personally I like to have a little room to play with just incase.

84mm is a good street bore but of course you would need to have it sleeved.
if you dont want to go that big, we have been using custom ARIAS 83mm pistons for some sleeved blocks we are doing

Who cares if you damage a Darton Sleeve? They are not like Golden Eagle where you have to buy a whole new set. You can buy Darton Replacement sleeves for hella cheap. Under $50 ea I believe. 84mm all the way man.
