Default je b16 pistons

I bought a set of 84mm Je pistons for my b16 build up. The pistons are 10.5 to 1 b20 pistons. I was told they would come out to be about 9.5 to 1 in a b16. Is this about right?

We'll I know for sure that if you put a sey of GSR JE pistons in a B16 that it will lower a compression point. For instance if you put a 9:1 in a B16, it will end up being 8:1. Sucks huh!
As for a B20 into a B16......i'm not for sure. Call JE?

I know for sure the b20 piston works in the b16. I was told the compression comes out to be like 9.2:1.

Yeah, I am resleeving. I just haven't decided if I I'm getting GE sleeves or the darton closed deck... Got any suggestions? I think the Darton would have more cooling issues

OHHHH so you are boring your block to 84mm. Ok for some reason i thought you were going to try and put an 84mm piston into your 81mm block.

ok so is this correct?

I personally like Golden Eagle. To me it's the best and the price is great!
As for piston's I would go with Weisco's! They have a new design and also make a piston for the B16. I run an 8.8:1. Check them out. There lighter than JE's as well! They are also much cheaper!
