780 injectors too much?

780 injectors too much?
What's up H-T? I've got a question for the pro's. I bought a 90% complete turbo kit. It is coming with 780 precision injectors. I have a 98 JDM ITR swapped EJ8 thats bone stock. I'm only wanting to run it at 6-8lbs. It is a daily driver and I drive about 17 miles one way to work. I would also like to know what you prefer to run Fmu & vafc (< since I'm not going to be running over 8lbs), S300, or Neptune rtp. Which is more user friendly? I've done some searching on here and google. I am wanting "up to date" info. more of what I read is for older software. Technology moves fast and things change. So again thats why I'm asking for "up to date" opinions.. Thanks in advance..

FMU and VFAC are the pinnacle of stone age technology.
Those will be fine. Your tuner will tell you whats safe PSI to run according to your set up.
youll need a fuel pump and new filter.
You also should get with your tuner to see what he tunes on since re-tunes will be needed. then you know what route to go.
RTP is not needed unless your data logging to which your not, so the basic neptune program will be fine to burn on your chip.

All this talk about psi.......and you didn't mention what size turbo or even what HP you're going for???
How do we know which injectors will be best with so little info?

Bone stock ITR on pump gas is safe to 300-350whp meaning you need between a 550-650cc injector. With Neptune and a good tuner, those 780s should be fine. I would suggest buying a GM 3bar map sensor before you hit the dyno. There's no reason to limit yourself to less than 11psi. It'd be helpful to know more about the setup...specifically some details about the turbo
