Look I've used 85mm pustins with stick 84mm head gaskets

Check that website. There are headgaskets available in 76mm too.

Don't think the stock headgaskets can work with 76mm on D series. The maximum OEM oversize is 75.5mm.

Ive had an oem y8 gasket 75mm on a 76.5mm block no problems

It's not ideal but it does work.

I think golden eagle will also laser cut d series gaskets just like they do b series. contact them.

I know cometic makes bigger gaskets but their performance is spotty.

You shut your blasphemous mouth!

But seriously, EVERY major manufacturer makes spotty head gaskets, if you ask the right person. I'm using Cometic, a number of my friends are using Cometic, and they've never had failures. I can't speak towards it, since my motor is still sitting on a stand...but considering one of my friend's heavily boosted motors has survived 6 years, 100,000 miles, and two chassis', I'm gonna call it a win.

Cliffs: As long as you buy a well known, name brand head gasket, and as long as you install it correctly, you shouldn't have any problems.
