550cc injectors on stock motor

Default 550cc injectors on stock motor

is it alright to run 550cc on a stock motor? Cuz in a few months i plan on goin turbo and my cuz is sellin his 550s

Yep... just make sure you have an adequate EMS. You will not be able to run them on a bone stock ecu.

the man speaks the truth, unless you have a way of controlling them, dont bother till you have the setup on... theres no point anyways

I dont know if its just how i read it, but are you going to wait until youre boosted to install them?? I think thats the best idea...idk what you have in mind

I am installing a new IM so i thought why not put the new injectors in now

you will have to completely re-tune the car to run them.

its fine to run them, but you have to be able to tune them (using a wideband oxygen sensor and some sort of tuning software, depending on which obd level you are), or pay somebody else to do it right.

Just wait until you go turbo. Swapping injectors and installing a resistor box (if required) is not that hard of a thing to do down the road compared to installing them now, having it tuned, then having to retune it again.

Why not just wait. It takes 20 minutes to install injectors.
