No where above did I see where he said stock or even stock block or anything. He did say street trim and what I think he ment by that was full interior, stereio, and all windows meaning he drives this daily.

sure it's possible, but from your description of this guy I doubt it.... I met a guy this weekend at Famoso Raceway putting down 470 hp. It looked like a regular hatchback.

 

I made 500whp on a T3/60-1 turbo before.

But no way there are no such things as 500whp Civics!
