really awesome setup! You should swap on a 60trim turbo or something bigger and see what type of power you can get outa it.

wow that's awesome guys. especially with stock bore, and 8.5:1 cr. from seeing all these higher hp d-series setups. it seems i REALLY need to have a built head to maximize power. i just got my new motor in (77mm d16, ge sleeves, eagle and je internals). just saving up $$$ to go back on boost

I am just going to take this 60 trim and push it as hard as i can. I figure on 25-30psi i should be able to hit over 400whp easily.Especially with all of the other stuff i have bought for this thing.
I just want to see 450hp and be able to run 11's on a BFG.

Those are good #'s on the 50 trim though. That is what gives me hope about my 60 trim

Brian</TD></TR></TABLE>

Brian it's funny you posted that you're keeping your 60 trim. Just about an hour ago I had second thoughts on the SC61 myself because the fact that it's only offered in a Stage 5 turbine wheel dawned on me. And so I decided to go with the SC60 instead with a Stage 3 turbne. I thought my friend had made the order but when I found out he didn't i pussed out and told him to get me and SC60. My motor just got finished and swapped in last nite. Just breaking it now and saving up for the rest of parts.

Nice job of tuning. I made 418 whp on a D16Z6 with stock sleeves and a block-guard, with no problems. Just don't detonate at all, it will split a stock sleeve in a heartbeat. I will be trying out a Super 50 TO4E this Spring on my combination. It supposedly spools a little faster than the standard 50. Very nice numbers.......congrats on a great tuning job. LONG LIVE THE D-Series!!!!

That's what happens when you combine big bore + long stroke + turbo.

But awesome numbers on the SOHC!

What pistons? I'm a fan of low 8:1 compression.

Sounds like a cool project. Good luck ar fab, awd is very intrigueing to me too, but I don't like some of the driveline problems they have. Of course hondas tear up driveline stuff too though.

Matt/ZEX man...........

Not sure what diff you are running, but the 90-93 LS Richmond spool "may" be a direct fit.

Interesting.........I will check into it. What information do you have that it may fit? Have any plans to get your car to the track soon? It would be cool to see a nitrous only 12 sec. daily driver SOHC!

Yes and No.
You can tune the last column of the Map for the 30 psi. Not recommended but you can do it.
I am running 13 psi on the stock map sensor. I just tuned it to 13. If I lower the boost to 11 it will run rich. Comprende?

As far as the graph goes it seems that I have had this trouble since the beginning but I cant get the graph configured correctly to upload it...when I do Ill send it to you Brian being that I still dont have a source to upload it too either...(its because the computer we use is setup for that huge paper we use in it!!!!)

As far as the boost ...its at full boost at 5000 rpm. AFR you would not believe me, but lets say the average is 13.5
