400 hp turbo setup
I have a 99 honda civic ex with a garret stage 3 t3/t04e with a 3 inch downpipe and 3 inch straight pipe with not cats. I want to run around 25 psi. Right now im only at 10. What would you guys suggest for the turbo setup. My car is auto and im about to convert to a 5 speed jdm lsd trans with stage 3 clutch and all that. I have a guy that said he can get me all the parts that can handle 400+ hp for 1200 installed. Is that a good price? If not where can I get all of the parts for cheaper? Also what should I do next step by step after that. My engine is all stock except that. Like pistons, rods, cams, injectors, engine managment everything by brand that can handle 400 hp what should i do next? I was thinking eagle h beam rods, port and polish, je pistons, aem stand alone ems. What do u guys think? can u give me some suggestions on parts that can handle this much. THANKS ALLOT

Not everyone has the time, i personally do my own installs on external products (not touching internals til i goto college for it). It takes alot of time and patiences and tools to do turbo kits. Heck i spent a full day building my IC piping mocking it up, cutting it, welding, ect...

I agree 100% its time consuming. But it needs to be done. What is this guy going to do when something goes wrong? Pay the local shop $80/hr to tighten down some hose clamps?

first of all you should find out exactly wha that guy isgetting u for $1200. i mean for 400+hp your going to at least need new pistons, rods, injectors, fuel pump, engine mangement plus possible ecu and insdtallation, clutch and pressure plate, and dyno time. so definetly find out what exacltly your getting. lol if he could do all that for 1200 then do it lol.
