Default which precision turbo?

I was hoping you guys could help me out with sizing a turbo for my application. I was originally set on a garret t3/t40e .60 a/r comp 57 trim, stage 3 .63 a/r turbine but now i would like to go with a precision. I have a 2000 civic si and will be most likely using a revhard mani/dp with a 3 inch exhaust. My goal for now on stock internals is about 250whp at 7-9 psi. Once I get pistons/rods i will be looking at 300 and possibly 400 as a long term goal because I know one thing leads to another. Can you reccommend a turbo that will give me good top end till 8k and spool reasonably quick on my setup? I am hoping for full boost around 4k rpm. I was thinking maybe the sc32..what do you think?
Thanks

I will basically have the same setup as you. I'm thinking about going with the SC32 or the SC34. I'll be getting my turbo from arturbo as soon as I get the money.
