I assume you mean at least changing the injectors. Hondata says the stock pump can handle 300hp with sufficiently large injectors and low enough fuel pressure and it looks like they know what they're talking about. I think you might be able to make 300hp with almost perfect tuning, but it wouldn't take much to blow that motor.

I've never heard of anyone pushing that amount of horsepower with the stock bottom end, but fairly close and without a standalone.

I am looking into buying a turbo kit and the person that is selling it told me he made 300 hp on all stock fuel system and tuned accel dfi. It sound fishy that he bought DFI but no injectors. what do you think?

Absolutely not. The stock injector will not support much more horsepower than stock at stock fuel pressures and the pump will fail if you start trying to raise the fuel pressure enough to push the injectors. There is no way he could run 300hp with stock injectors and stock pump.

no way with stock injectors. not for 300hp at the wheels.

Not true if he is referring to the motor or the wheels which hasn't been mentioned on the post? Just a thought

considering that some ludes (depanding on year) have 330cc injectors and that is enought to get 300hp with an FPR setup

Not with a fpr setup and a stock pump. In order to get 300hp from the stock injectors you would have to be able to push over 100psi fuel pressure. The stock pump would give out long before this.

Stock means stock. No auxiliary pump like the DRAG kit comes with.

IMO - Why even risk it.. If you have doubts then just save the money and change them. Im sure itll be a lot cheaper then a new motor. I would even want to take the chance with stock equipment to cause detonation and destroy my motor.
