255 fuel pump on stock engine?
I can get a good deal on a new 255 walbro fuel pump but I'm still putting my turbo kit together....can I install it even though my engine is not yet turbochargerd?

you can put it in if you want, but it will only take about 30 minutes to an hour depending on how mechanically inclined you are.
i would say wait

My stock one is on it's way out...I can hear it sputter right before I start my car....sometimes it won't even come on....

IMO, it's a great precaution when boosting a Honda that most people skip.
Also, that Walbro will want more current than the teeny tiny wire running back to your fuel pump can handle. It'll work, but not as well as it could. It's easy enough to fix though. All you need is a 5pin relay, and bosch is a well known name.... Hook your stock power wire to 85 and ground 86 turns relay on when stock pump would be on. Then hook 30 to battery positive fused and then 87 to your walbro pump. Then your pump gets all the juice it needs to maintain pressure when those big injectors are working hard, or when the FMU puckers up.

I installed my 255 before I had my kit on. I just wanted to save time during the actual install. I also installed my intercooler before hand as well.

Go for it. Won't take you long and it will be one less thing that you have to do when you start putting your kit on!
