250 whp jrsc prelude, possible or not?
well im basically starting off with the intentions that i want a mid 13 second car. so i'm assuming that 250 would be just enough to get me to my goal if not better. my question is, is it possible to get 250 whp out of a supercharged prelude. ive seen a few setups but they're only getting something like 220-235whp. i was thinking maybe with a mild port and polish, kamikaze header, test pipe, 2.5" exhaust and tuning it with hondata i could get to my goal. I'm thinking of going with a kamikaze header from endyne because they can get them special ordered with a 2.5in" collector and i read on their sight that kamkaze's 4 -1 design showed the best hp gains on most supercharged honda motors. Do you guys think this is possible?

9psi? that would pretty much mean i have to build the block. in that case i would go turbo. how much hp could i get off of the jrsc with 6psi pully?

You don't NEED to build the block, there are a number of people who have been running 9 psi on the stock motor for a while now. Get it tuned well and it would be fine.

im runnin 10.25 psi on my stock gsr block, stock exhaust (crushed during an accident so smaller then stock), stock header, dsm 450's, hondata set to rich because the charger belt rolled off on the dyno. first run was 180whp no tuning, 2nd run was 209whp @ 7900 with manifold temps at 200+degrees + rich fuel map. never had a chance to do a cold run and tune more because the belt came off. hoping to retune with a new exhaust and jdm 4-1 header. tuner says its a easy 230whp or more. well see tho.
hope that shows u the hp potential on a gsr block, i dont know of any h series supercharged, so the numbers might be diff
also i dont think ull need 250whp to hit 13's with a JRSC

well at 3100lbs the prelude will need alot of at least 210-220whp to even break into the 13's but i want 13.6 to 13.4
